Order Status

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

International Shipping

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Guarantees

iRod Limited Lifetime Warranty — Limited Lifetime Warranty on the following products: Genesis II, Fiber and Air Series rods.

iRod Fishing guarantees the original owner with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. If the rod should fail due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will replace the rod, at our discretion, and return it to you. Simply return the rod with a copy of your original receipt directly to the iRod Fishing Warranty Center (product registration is no longer required). In order for us to complete the warranty as quickly as possible, we must have the entire rod including the broken parts.

Please ship freight prepaid, insured for your original purchase price in a disposable container. Include a copy of the original purchase receipt and a check or money order for $30.00 payable to iRod Fishing to cover the cost of processing and handling. (International customers will be charged actual shipping and insurance costs, and will be responsible for all related customs and duty charges.) Please include your name, address, email, daytime phone number including area code, and a short note describing the problem.

Should we decide to replace the damaged product, but no longer offer the exact model, we will provide you with the closest comparable model of equal value from our current product line. If the defect is determined by our technicians to be due to normal wear and tear, accident, neglect or misuse, the rod can still be replaced at a reasonable cost. You will be contacted and a full estimate will be provided.

This warranty is limited to replacement of the rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damages resulting from the use of this product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, modification or customization of the finished rod. The warranty is not transferable and is only good to the original owner.
